Terms of Service
Draft for review.
These Terms of Service govern access to Ionify Cloud, including account creation, dashboard access, workspace administration, project usage, and future paid plans.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ionify Cloud, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- Public signup is currently open.
- Invited users may also join workspaces and projects.
- Team and Enterprise domain restrictions may be added later.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your login credentials
- keeping account information accurate
- any activity performed under your account or workspace access
If you use Google or GitHub sign-in, account linking is only automatic when the provider confirms your email address is verified.
4. Workspace and Project Provisioning
Initial signup creates a default workspace or org only. Ionify Cloud does not automatically create a first project during signup. Project creation is part of onboarding and must be intentional.
5. Plans
- Free plan is the default at signup.
- Paid plans require explicit checkout once billing is live.
- During test-mode onboarding, payment UI may be visible but not required.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Ionify Cloud to:
- abuse or overload the service
- attempt unauthorized access
- interfere with other users, workspaces, or projects
- violate applicable law or third-party rights
7. Quotas and Availability
Ionify Cloud may enforce quotas, rate limits, storage limits, and project/account restrictions based on your plan. Service behavior, limits, and product surfaces may evolve while the platform is in active development.
8. Security
Ionify Cloud may suspend or revoke accounts, tokens, sessions, or project access when necessary to protect the platform, customers, or legal compliance obligations.
9. Intellectual Property
Ionify and related branding, product surfaces, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Customer code, artifacts, and project content remain the customer’s responsibility and subject to separate product and data handling policies.
10. Disclaimer
Ionify Cloud is provided on an evolving basis during product rollout. Some features, especially billing and social login flows, may be staged, limited, or updated before general availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ionify Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
12. Contact
For service or legal questions, use the official Ionify support channel.
13. Status
